JORDAN SORCERY’S

GW BOOKS CLUB

Between 1989 and 1991 Games Workshop launched a bold experiment - their own publishing company dedicated to producing “real novels by real novelists set in their beloved domains”*.

GW Books, as the imprint was called, would release a total of 17 books set in their Warhammer Fantasy, Warhammer 40,000, and Dark Future universes. These books would include full-length novels, short story anthologies, epic trilogies, and one-off adventures - and I’m going to read them all!

Every month I will be reading one of the original GW Books, in their release order, and I will be hosting a book chat discussion group exclusively with my Patreon followers where we share theories, reflections, and thoughts about the book. That will be followed by a monthly video on my YouTube channel where I am joined by Stu from the Miniatures Realms podcast to talk fiction, context, and trivia.

If you want to join in then there’s lots of ways! You can start by watching my history of GW Books video here. Then if you want to join the Patreon so that you can attend the exclusive live stream chats you can do so here. And if you want to watch the monthly videos on YouTube just make sure to subscribe to my channel here. And Stu’s channel can be found here.
